This is the cost of materials plus our management fee will reflect the total value of the project.

Management Fee

Our fee is calculated as a percent of the project.

Contingency

A line item reflected on your project estimate that is not given a designated use. This money may be used for unforeseen circumstances, it may not be used at all, or you could use this money for any overages or upgrades that you see fit. You are the controller.
